We name them to you
Normally within one working day. You say whether you are happy for us to pass on your details. Nothing goes anywhere until you do.
Visit and fixed price
The builder looks at the garden and prices the job. Whether to go ahead is up to you, and any contract is with them.
Who we are not
We have no connection with any garden room company that trades under a name like ours, in Chesterfield or anywhere else. We do not build, survey or sell garden rooms.
What we will never do
- Take money from you, or ask for a deposit.
- Pass your details to a builder before you agree, or to more than the one firm we name.
- Quote a price for your job. Only the builder can do that, after a visit.

How the service is paid for
The builder pays us a fee for each introduction. You pay nothing to us, whether or not you go ahead.

They help you set a budget; they are not a quote. Our planning notes are general guidance, not legal advice.
